American Tapas with Swiss Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

- 1 Hard Crusted Loaf Baguette - sliced into medallions
- Proscuitto (can substitute any meat; ham, roast beef, pepperoni)
- Dad's Favorites Swiss Cheese Spread

Directions:

- Top each baguette medallion with meat, then spread with Dad's Favorites Swiss Cheese Spread (approx 1 tables spoon )
- Broil for 1 to 3 minutes until cheese melts of baguette turns golden brown.
- Can be served hot or cold! ENJOY!
